if you do remember from my laced shorts post, i remove the thinner strip of lace that lined the outer layer of the cape and used it to lace my shorts.
after. i sort of regretted because i cut the cape off a little too much.
(iii) blue dress top alteration.
this used to be a dress, but it was too short to be worn out without leggings, and too ugly to be paired with leggings, so i scalloped the arm holes and hem. but again, i cut it a little too short. ):
