[diy] tassel necklace remade


materials:
1. friendship band thread of various colours that you want
2. small piece of wire
3. pliers 
4. A5 sized paper
5. paper clips
6. fabric glue/clear nail polish


 step 1. fold your A5 sized paper into half, then again. or depending on the length you want the tassel to be. 

 step 2. use your small piece of wire and end your necklace like this. 

 step 3. use 2 paper clips to clip the necklace line to the folded paper as shown.

 step 4. wrap the thread around the folder paper like this. 
do it as many times until you achieve your desired thickness. 

step 5.remove the folded paper, then cut a piece of thread of decent length and tie it like this. 
wrap it around a few times, then tie a double knot to secure it, do not cut the excess yet.

step 6. repeat steps 3, 4 and 5, to make as many tassel as you need. 

step 7. cut the excess thread and use nail polish or fabric paint to seal the knots. 

step 8. using scissors, cut the free ends of the tassel. 

 step 9. trim it if you need. iron it if its too curly.

 done!
