materials:

1. folder from cotton on

2. strip of felt material

3. metal chain

4. glue gun

5. scissors

6. nail polish

 folder from cotton on, bought at 11.95sdg.

 inside

 step 1. cut away the diving compartments. leave about 2 or 3 dividers to store small items. 

 step 2. get a chain (those used to make necklace is fine too), and cut a strip of felt. 

step 3. using glue gun, glue the chain about 1 inch long onto the fold of the file, 

then use glue gun to seal it with the felt strip. 

done!

 reinforce the ends by applying more glue if you need. 

step 4. using nail polish, paint the button to add some dimension to your clutch. 

you can paint some glitter nail polish to the metal piece. 

 done!
