food diary for February!
food i ate outside,
food i cooked to keep myself slim!
(without the intoxication of mayonise!)
my very first meal in Moscow after i touched down.
at Moo Moo - breaded chicken, wedges, and cheese soup.
dinner after ice-skating at T.G.I.F.
dessert!
biscuit donut that i bought from the school cafe.
russian dessert/drink.
sweeten strawberries marinated in syrup.
really delicious!
they have such desserts made out of pineapples too.
pancake salad with smoked salmon topped with curry sauce.
dessert! i love the tiny little cream puffs!
not very delicious lasagna
display cake of this sweet looking cake shop
that i always pass-by on the way to the super-mart
but never ever stepped in.
because i saw piglet and eeyore, so i took a photo of it to show you,
but piglet looks weird and ugly here!
macron tower i saw on display at the same cake shop.
maggie's instant porridge topped with minced meat.
russian biscuits that were so hard to eat!
because the salad veg were rotting away, so i had to cook it to save them!
salad veg stirred fried in soy sauce and bulgogi sauce.
the super delicious meal that i had at this random restaurant
on the day it was freezing outside and we were trying to tour Kremlin.
this dish was so delicious, it got me thinking for weeks how to remake it myself!
stirred fried potatoes with chili and sugar, stew beef in cranberry sauce!
make a guess what is this?
answer : candy floss!
*dont give too much imagination about how good it might taste
pepper pork!
feels like i'm back home again!
blinie! - russian pancakes!
made by russian buddy's grandmother!
eat it with sour cream and honey - ooo heavenly!
very traditional Slovakian dish.
huge dumplings with skin made from potato,
stuffed with meat inside,
to be eaten together with sour vegetables.
the dish i ordered at the Slovakian house.
this plate cost me about 5 euros.
not really delicious with the weird smell of the sausage.
attempt 1 of remaking the potato- failed!
the veg was tasteless, but the pepper pork was uberlicious!
attempt 2 to cook the delicious potato that i ate at элте-теже.
i think thats the name of the restaurant.
uberlicious potato stirred fried in chili power and suger,
and chicken drum marinated using the chili sauce he bought for me!
ham-bak gua egg fried rice!
all whipped out from the left-overs i kop-ed from Singapore Embassy
teriyaki pork, eggs with mushrooms, veg with mushrooms and plain rice.
it was simply a feast of mushrooms! mushroom overdose meal!
