blogging

well, i think everyone who knows me well enough will know that i love to read blogs. so recently, one of my favourite stalkee (i invented that word, which means, person i stalk), removed her blog! so now, i have one less blog to read. but its alright, there are many out there for me to pick and choose from.

and well, i think i have came down to this conclusion after stalking quite a number of blogs. in the blogging sphere, there are a few kinds of bloggers.

first, those who blog for the money, we shall call them 'professional' bloggers. i have to admit, some of these professional bloggers, they have good writing habits, but well those that i bumped on recently, they have bad writing skills and it totally irks me to read their blogs. it makes me feel bimbotic reading them, so i 'x' them out of my list.

there is another type, which we all know, they open blog shops selling merchandise ranging from clothes, to accessories, to cupcakes, innovative little household items and more. well i really salute these people. recently, i found this blogger who sells cupcakes on her blog, and i started reading her personal blog and found her really inspiring. she's 20 this year, she started her little business when she turned 19. best part of all, she bakes for the love of it, and her boyfriend so sweetly bakes together with her. such a sweet couple. well, these people have the courage to take the risk, and i dare say, its something i am lacking. i'm envious!

then there is a third group of bloggers who set up their blog because they are simply passionate about what they like and genuinely want to share it with the world. i have come across a few such manicure blogs. i sincerely admire their perseverance to update as frequent as they could (one of them updates almost every alternate day). well i think being girls, we will understand that painting your nails can be a chore at times, waiting in between coats to dry and painting them over and over again just to make it perfect. that alone takes up a hell load of time and to top it off with intricate manicure designs, well you just ought to ravel at their patience.

last, we cannot forget people like myself. we blog just because we want to keep a record of our thoughts, to share a part of our life with you (reader). sometimes, blogging is a form of therapy for us, because we just needed an outlet, someone who listens, and ask not a word more.

well, the categories are not exclusive and i might have missed out some other types of bloggers, but well, this post is just a piece of my thoughts.
