Week 4 day 22, 2 Jul 2009

We were due for some summer camp that was super far away, but we set off too late and so we cancelled our trip. Since we were already out of the house, we (or rather the guys) decided to make a trip down to Akadamgorodok. It was like an excursion out into the ‘woods’ with Kuharka being the ‘tour guide’, explaining to us the special features of almost each and everyone of the plants. Some plants look ‘innocent’ but seriously if you touch them, they make you itch like hell, others make your skin swollen with water bubbles. One thing good about this trip is that you get to see raspberry plant, eat wild strawberries (they are super tiny) and breathe in the sweet scent of apple flowers (; I totally love the apple flowers!

Went back to office to get some internet connection. Dinner was made by Chetan – Indian Curry!!! Well not exactly the same taste as back home since he did not have quite a bit of the ingredients needed, but nonetheless, it tasted – GREAT!!! (slightly different taste and aroma but definitely it’s a delicacy to have in Russia. (you get my point)
